MAC x Cinderella Collection

March 18, 2015

It surely is still available in stores and online; but unfortunately my most favourite item out of the ones I have is sold out online. Hopefully they will restock the eyeshadow palette sometime soon and you will be able to get your hands on it. The collection is beautiful, it is a really light magical blue with an amazing reflective pink iridescent mixed into the packaging. Of course, the gold accent is just beautiful! I only got 3 items because let’s be honest, whenever they are new limited edition collections that come out by MAC, they are usually for collective purposes and not so much to use. Not to mention that they are also inspired by the princess’ makeup so they are very light in colour and quite magical. Nothing too dramatic or crazy pigmented with such a collection. The eyeshadow palette, pigments, and glitters is probably the only use you will get out of this collection. The beauty powders are a bit too chunky and glittery for my own personal taste. I will probably use mine as an eyeshadow and the lipstick will probably not be used because I don’t like the finish. As for the colour it can definitely be dabbed in the centre of my lips to bring light and give me fullness. If you are running after one thing from this collection, you should definitely check out the shadows, glitters, or pigments. I don’t suggest that you splurge on this collection but you should definitely try and get your hand on one item for keepsake if you are a big fan of Disney princess like myself. I believe five of the eyeshadows are permanent except for the darkest colour “stroke of midnight”, other than that you can still get your hands on these individual colours of your are interested.
